摘 要:采用正滴定工艺、反滴定工艺和水解工艺来制备ZrO_2—Al_2O_3系复合陶瓷超细粉体.研究了制备工艺对水合氧化锆凝胶的包裹状态、煅烧后粉体中ZrO_2.颗粒的弥散状态以及烧结体显微结构的影响.结果表明采用水解工艺,ZrO_2颗粒能均匀弥散在Al_2O_3颗粒周围,最终获得均匀细晶的陶瓷烧结体;在反滴定工艺中,虽然水含氧化锆凝胶能较好包裹Al_2O_3颗粒,但由于Al_2O_3颗粒本身得不到有效分散,因此在烧结体中出现了Al_2O_3晶粒的聚集现象.Three different routes,which are A-titration processing,B-titration processing and hydrolysis method,are described to prepare ultraflne powder of ZrO2 -Al2O3 ceramic composites and the effects of powder processing on the coating state of hydrous zirconia gel arround alumina particles, the dispersion of ZrO2 particles in the calcined ZTA powder and the microstructure of ZTA ceramic bodies have been studied in this paper. The results show that the zirconia particles can homogeneously disperse on the alumina particles and a homogeneous,fine-grain ZTA ceramic body will be obtained in hydrolysis processing. In B-titration processing,although the hydrous zirconia gel can coat alumina particles well,the agglomeration of alumina grains has also been found in sintering body because the alumina can't disperse itself well during preparation of ZTA ceramic powder.
