摘 要:本文设计和组装了一套热释碘装置,研究了热释碘的最佳条件,碘的热释率为98.8%,热释碘的精密度为5.0%左右,建立了热释碘的流动注射分析方法,并成功的用于热释碘样品的测定,样品溶液不需要经过预处理,便可直接用于测定,进样频率为120次/h;精密度(RSD%)为0.57%(对含碘离子为0.03μg/ml样品溶液而言);检出限为0.002μg/ml,;线性范围为0.002μg/ml-0.05μg/mlI-。用本法对3个地球化学标准参考样(Gss-1,3,7)进行分析测定,其结果与这些标准样品的最佳估计值和推荐值非常地一致。A rapid, efficient and interference-free method for determination of iodine in geochemical exploration samples by means of heat release with flow injection analysis is described. A set of iodine heat release devices was designed and assembled in this paper.The recovery ratio of iodine was 98.8%. The percision (RSD,% ) of iodine heat release was about 5.0%. Meanwhile, the method for the determination of I- in iodine heat release sysytem by flow injection analysis has been established in this paper. The sample solution was injected directly into the apparatus without pre-treatment. The proposed method allowed 120 determinations of iodine per hour with good precision. The precision (RSD, % )for samples containing 0.03μg/ ml I- was 0.57 %. The detection limits of I- was 0.002μg / ml. Linear calibration ranges was 0.002-0.05 μg / ml I-. Accuracy of the method wasevaluated through the analysis of 3 geochemical standard reference samples (GSS-1, 3,7)and was found to be in good agreement with the certified or recommended values.
