猕猴桃中药复方制剂对人体免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：对１０５例健康人口服猕猴桃中药复方制剂一月后的几项免疫学指标进行了检测，并和服用前的结果比较。本研究表明，人的吞噬细胞功能包括吞噬指数和吞噬率都随年龄增长而降低，服用本品后可提高改善吞噬功能低下组的吞噬功能特别是吞噬指数，而对纤维结合蛋白（Ｆｎ）水平，红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体表达、Ｔ细胞总数无明显影响。在高龄组虽服药后淋巴细胞转化试验（ＬＴＴ）明显降低，但仍在正常范围之内，似不致对细胞免疫造成不良影响。A kiwifruit-chinese herbs complex was taken by 105 volunteers for one month. Tlymphocyte count and PHA transformation, phagocytic rate and index, C3b receptor positive red blood cell percentage and plasma fibronectin(Fn) lever were detected in these persons'peripheral blood and compared with their own parameters obtained just before drinking this juice. The results showed: phagocytic rate and index were decreased with aging and the lower phagocytic ability could be restored after taken this complex. There were no adverse effect on the other immunological markers detected.
