系数倍率法测定痛定注射液中三组份的含量

摘　　要：安痛定注射液中氨基比林、安替比林、巴比妥可采用系数倍率法和应用微机选择出合适的测定波长不经任何分离直接测出。氨基比林、安替比林和巴比妥的平均加收率分别为１００．２３％、９９．１３％和９８．４１％。Amiropyrine,antipyrine and barbital in antondine injection were determined by K-ratio spectrophotometry without any separation,The absorptivity the diluted injection were determined at six proper wavelength and calculated by K-ratio spectrophotometry to give the contents of injection, The average recoveries were 100.23±1.53%(n=8),99.13±0.99%(n=8) and 98. 41±1.44%(n=8)respectively。
