摘  要:对177名X射线工作者进行遗传损伤的检测,采用外周血淋巴细胞的微核(MN)和姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)作为检测指标。结果为:各接触年限组的微核率(3.32、3.45、3.15、3.12、3.23%)均比对照组(0.98%)高,其差异有显著性(P<0.001);SCE频率各接触年限组(7.19、7.33、7.89、7.33、7.66/细胞)均比对照组(3.85/细胞)高,其差异有显著性(P<0.001).结果表明:X射线可使MNF和SCE频率增高并具有致突变作用。The influence of X-irradiation on blood system and carcinogenesis had been reported and there is a close correlation between the mutagenicity and carcinogenicity. Today, the micronucleus test(MNt) is widespread used to study and evaluate the latent harmfulness of various harmful factors on human.For example, MNt was adoped as a monitoring index of environment and genetic-damage of occupational exposed population. In the paper, the effect of the toxic reaction of cytogenetics on 177 medical X-irradiation workers were examined, the cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes were used for micronueleus test and sister chromatid exchange (SCE) analysis.We found that:The frequencies of MN in all exposed-year groups(3.32,3.45,3.15,3.12,3.23‰)were obviously higher than that in control group(0.98‰) and the differences were significant (P<0.001). The frequencies of SCE in all exposed-year groupe (7.19,7.33,7.89,7.33,7.66/cell) were obviously higher than that in control group(3.85/cell) and the difference were significant (P<0.001).Upper results showed:There is a mutagenicity of X-irradiation,it could increase the frequency of MN and SCE.
