川芎对大白鼠肺气肿的防治研究

摘　　要：通过大白鼠肺气肿模型［１，２］，观察了血中气药川芎对肺气肿的防治作用，结果表明：川芎补血行气可改善肺通气功能，活血化瘀改善肺部血液循环，减轻肺血管瘀血，使肺通气功能、肺血流比例关系得以调整．光镜、电镜显示肺组织有好转的改变。提示川芎对肺气肿有一定防治作用。The rloe and the principle of Chuan-Xiong,a chinese med icine to treat pulmonary emphysema were investigated in the model of pulmonary emphysema of the rats. It was demonstrated that Chuan-Xiong can improve the respiration function and the blood circulation of lungs,decrease the blood stasis in lungs blood vessels,so that the effects of lung respiration and the ratio of lung stream can be adjusted.After treatments with Chuang-Xiong,the recovery of pulmonary lesions was found by the examinations of microscopy and electronmicroscope.It was shown that Chuan-Xiong is available to prevent and treat pulmonary emphysema.
