摘　　要：Iopamidol是当今比较理想的第二代无离子型造影剂。作者做了40例Iopamidol脊髓造影并对其副作用及影象质量进行了观察。其结果,副作用发生率偏高(42％),但程度轻,影象质量较好,其中极好者占70％,含要求者占25％,不合要求者占5％。作者还对影响副作用和影象质量的因素进行了分析,并认为二者将随着操作技术的提高而得到改进。Iopamidol is a new ideal second-generation?nonionic contrast media. Myelography with iopamidol was performed in 40 patients to study its side effects and image quality. The results showed the incidence of side effects was higher(42%), but the most of them were not serious, and that image quality was much better (excellent 70%, adequate 25%, inadequate 5%). The authors also authors analysed Influencing upon side effects and image quality, and conclude that both will be improved with skilled technique.
