结实灵在杂稻制种上应用初报

摘　　要：研究了结实灵对母本柱头生活力的影响，并与其他几种制种激素在杂稻制种上应用效果进行了比较。结果表明：１．不育系柱头生活力在开花２～３天内较高，最长可维持６天；喷施结实灵后，不育系柱头生活力显著提高和延长，最长可维持８天。２．在抽穗扬花期间喷施结实灵等４种制种激素，以结实灵增产效果较好，亩产２０８．１公斤，比对照增产达显著水平。增产主要原因在于提高了外实率和结实率。此外，结实灵还对提高柱头外露率、降低黑粉病粒率有一定效果。The influence of planthormone Jieshilin to the viability of female stigmata andcomparison with other hormone applied in seed production of hybrid rice were studied. The results were indicated.The viability of stigmata of mele- sterile line,peachedthe highest point in two or three days after flowering and could be maintained forsix days. But the treatment sprayed with Jieshilin,the viability of stigmata could bemaintained for eight days and its seed yield increased to 208.1kg/mu and significantbigher than that of CK. The cause of increasing yield was that the viability ofstigmata was raised,the rate of stigmata stretching out higher.
