隐睾症316例分析

摘　　要：1967年2月～1987年10月间,有370名患者因隐睾症入院。本文总结其中316例428侧隐睾的诊断经验及390侧手术体会,提出不能触及的隐睾症适于先以B型超声作为初步筛选,再行经皮精索内静脉造影检查可明确定位诊断,并避免对无睾者行不必要的手术探查。肉膜囊固定法是近十几年来采用的一种新术式,采用此种术式的151例侧隐睾手术效果较好。Three hundred and seventy patients were admitted for treatment of cryp-torchidism from 1967 through 1987. Three hundred and sixteen cases (428 testes) were reviewed.Three hundred and thirty-three orchldopexy operations were Performed. One hundred and fifty-one testes were taken down and fixed with dortos pouch to the inner side of the thigh. Eight testes were moved and fixed to subcutaneous tissue of the abdominal wall owing to shortness of the spermatic vessels. The authors put forward using Bj ultrasound plus ven-ography to lecate nonpalpable testes.The optimal age for operation is 2 years. At operation, absence of testis was considered established only when blind ending spermatic vessels were identified. Since fertility function may be improved by orchidopexy, one should be very careful to decide to do orchi-ectomy.
