束线机旋转绞弓许用转速的确定方法

摘　　要：束线机在高速运转时，绞弓除受预应力作用外，主要还受旋转离心力的作用，从而引起绞弓的断裂。本文用变形能法对绞弓旋转时的受力作了分析计算，给出了绞弓工作时的最大许用转速的计算方法。所述方法对于绞弓的设计计算具有实际意义。While wire twisting machine operating with high speed, twist bow is subject to rotarycentrifugal force bcrides prextressing forcc,which may , cause twist bow bneaking.This paperanalyses the force caused by twist bow rotating with deformation method and provides themethod for calculating maximum allowable rotating rate, the method has wide applicationin twist bow design.
