摘　　要：分析了计算机应用各领域徘徊不前的原因，提出了解决此问题的突破口是开展以“人”为中心的“全息”系统的研究，并构造了该系统的框架。This paper analyses the causes of leading to bog down during practising computers, points out that the break-through is to develop Humanoriented and 'holophotal' system, contructs the frame of the system.
