肿瘤坏死因子－α对离体大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞孕酮生成的影响

摘　　要：本实验观察了肿瘤坏死因子－α（ＴＮＦ－α）对离体大鼠颗粒细胞孕酮生成的影响和ＴＮＦ－α与ｈＣＧ的关系。发现ＴＮＦ－α可刺激孕酮分泌，且呈显著的时间和剂量依赖关系，ＴＮＦ－α预处理不影响ｈＣＧ对孕酮生成的诱导作用。This paper observed the effect of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)on progesterone production by granulosa cell of rat in vitro.Results showed that TNF-αstimulated significantly the basal progesterone production,but its effects had the dependence on time and dose.Pretreated cultured granulosa cells with TNF-α did not alter the induction of hCG for progesterone production.
