脊椎滑脱内固定整复和后路椎体间植骨融合

摘　　要：本文对１４例有症状的脊椎滑脱病人，通过常规前屈，后伸ｘ线检查，了解节段性不稳程度，采用改良ｓｔｅｔｔｅｅ椎弓根螺钉内固定整复和后路椎体间植骨融合，术后平均滑脱纠正率７２．５％，并对后路椎体间植骨融合的优点、脊椎滑脱进行整复治疗的临床意义进行了讨论。The degree of segmental instability was seen by conventional anterior flex and posterior tension radiography in 14 cases with symptomatic spondylolisthes is.Using reformatory stefeeintemal fixation of screw of pedicle of vertebral arch and reduction with posterior vertebra space of bone grafting fusion,average correction rate of olisthy was 72.5% after the operation.The advantage of posterior vertebral space of bone grafting fusion was evaluated.The clinical significance of reduction of spondylolisthesis was discussed.
