大庆地区气传致敏真菌的研究

摘　　要：本文用曝片调查法和曝皿培养调查法，分３个调查地点从３个不同高度对大庆地区气传致敏真菌的种类、数量和飘散规律进行了综合调查研究。结果表明，大庆地区有气传致敏真菌３０余种，四季均有飘散，高峰期在８月份，７、８、９月份的检出量明显大于５、６、１０月份，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．其飘散高度在不同天气间，各高度相比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）．并发现８月份的蒿属植物丛中真菌量极大，与８月同时间的室外曝皿结果相比差异显著（用Ｐｏｉｓｓｏｎ分布检验方法，Ｐ＜０．０１）。The article investigated the kinds,quantity and the law of floating down of airborne allergic fungus in Daqing district comprehensively,using slide method and exposing dish method in different place and different high. The results showed that there are more 30 kinds of airborne allergic fungus in Daqing district,floating down in the whole year. The peak is in August.The quantity in July,August and September is more than that in May,June and October.This is a significant discovery. The floating high of airborne fungus is much different in different weather(P<0.01).There are a quantity of fungus in wormwoods and grasses in August.The result did not show any influnce of oil and gas environment on the airborne fungus floating down.
