小肠结肠炎耶氏菌实验性感染家兔的大体病变观察

摘　　要：本文报告应用小肠结肠炎耶氏菌以６×１０￣８的细菌数，经静脉注射家兔的大体病变观察。实验结果表明，致病性血清型带毒力质粒小肠结肠炎那氏菌Ｇ１５１（血清型０：９）和ＬＡＢ－Ｂ１８２（血清型０：３）引起家兔严重感染及病变：排菌、食欲和体重减轻，肠、肝、脾组织脓肿和溃疡形成，ＬＡＢ－Ｂ１８２菌株引起家兔肝和肠组织局灶性坏死。致病性血清型丢失毒力质粒的小肠结肠炎那氏茵茵株４３９－８０Ｖ￣－（血清型０：９）和８２－１４０（血清型０：８）不引起家兔明显的感染及病变：不排菌或排菌时间短，腹腔脏器组织无大体病变或病变极其轻微。Observing on general pathological changes in rabbits by infected with Yersiniaenterocolitica strains in numbers of 6× 10￣8 inoculations of intravenous injection were reportedin this paper。The results showed that pathogenic serotypes strains of Yersinia e1iterocoliticaharboring with virulence plasmids,such as :G151(serotype 0:9)and LAB-B182(serotype0:3),leaded to severe infection and pathological changes as:from the diachoresis withYersinia enterocolitica,the reduction of appetite and weight,to the forming of micro-ab-scess and ulceration in the tissue of intestine,liver and spleen,and leading to local necrosisformed in the intestine and liver.The Yersinia enterocolitica strains of nonpathogenicserotypes and lacking 0f plasmid,such as:439-80V(serotype 0: 9)and 82-140(serotype0:8),presented no or mild infection find pathological changes after injected。
