槟榔花口服液的急性及长期毒性研究

摘　　要：槟榔花口服液急性毒性实验，４、鼠灌胃给药的ＬＤ＿（５０）为（１８．８７±４．３）ｇ／ｋｇ体重，皮下给药的ＬＤ＿（５０）为（９．７６±１．７）ｇ／ｋｇ体重，大鼠长期毒性实验分别灌胃给药２．６６ｇ／ｋｇ，５．３３ｇ／ｋｇ和１０．６５ｇ／ｋｇ体重，对照组给予等容积的蒸馏水，连续２周，各组无动物死亡，各项血指标检查正常。病理报告高剂量组有３只动物少量肝细胞可见脂肪空泡，１只大鼠肺脏轻度灶性肺炎，中低剂量组无明显改变。高剂量组存活动物于停药７天后，病理检查均正常。Present article reported the test for the acute and the chronic toxicity of theBinglanghue Koufuye(BK),which is a medicine made by the flower of Betel-nut.It is said thatthis medicine has antitumor function。 The acute toxicity was tested in mice,the LD_(50) ig was18.87± 4.3 g/kg。 The LD_(50) ip in mice was 9.76±1.7g/kg。The chronic toxicity test wascamed out in number of 80 rats of both sexes and divided equally into four groups.One group asa control was given water instead of the medicine gor 1 ml/100g,ig,The other three groupswere given in different doses as the ig 2.66,5. 33 and 10.65 g/kg respectively for 14 daysconsecutively。The highest dose group stoped given the medixine early after 7 days.The generalactivity and the survival rate were observed and recorded.Afterwards,the mice were subjectedto the pathological examination。There was no obvious change in blood routine test GPT,creatinine and nitrogen of urea of its blood after each of 7 and 14 day’s treatments,The ECGrecord showed no change。The results of the pathological examination showed only in highestdose group,there were a few cells of liver had a fatty change in 3 animals as a result of themedicine treatmentIn the middle and low dose groups with BK was normal and no changeswere found。
