摘 要:评述了在厦门进行的一次围隔实验结果.在同等富营养的各围隔桶中添加不同浓度的柠檬酸铁,研究可溶性铁对浮游植物的增殖效应.对结果回归分析表明:水体中可溶性铁的浓度与相应的叶绿素含量存在着明显的相关,且添加可溶性铁的围隔体内的细胞净增长速率快于同等富营养的天然海水.实验结果证明提高海水中可溶性铁浓度会促进某些硅藻(尤其是中肋骨条藻)的增殖.进而改变浮游植物的群落结构,引发硅藻赤潮并增大赤潮的规模.A mesocosm experiment for probing impact of a series concentrations of dessolv able Fe on Phytoplanktonic multiplication in nutrient-enriched enclosures were carried out. The results show that there exists a close correlation between the concentration of dessolvable Fe and chlorophyll a. The dividing rate of phytoplankton in the enclosure added with dissolvable Fe was faster than that in the controlled enclosure, which indicates that higher concentration of dissolv able Fe might promote diatom (especially Skeletonama costatum) multiplication and thus produce a dominat species and reshape the algae population structure in the enclosure.
