摘　　要：对８０年代以来国内引进的１１４以下焊管机的剪切对焊机进行了调查分析，主要介绍两对剪切刀片和一台ＣＯ＿２保护焊对焊机组成的剪切对焊机的性能特点，这种设备结构紧凑、动作灵活、自动化程度高、对焊质量好，提供了这种剪切对焊机的结构示意图、液压系统图、液压站液压系统图，并列举出有关主要性能。Shear-butt welder for welded pipe below g 114mm imported from abroad since 1980's are analysed. The property characteristics of a kind of shrar -butt welder which is composed of two shear-blade and a carbon -dioxide arc welder are introduced. The principal advantages of the welder are compact structure,handy operation, high automation and excellent welding quality. In this paper, srtucture sketch map,hydraulic system map and principal property parameters of the welder are given.
