摘　　要：由微机控制的冰箱压缩机壳体焊缝自动跟踪系统,能从垂直和水平两个方向对套接的环形接缝进行跟踪.利用软件对CO_2焊接飞溅进行平滑处理.对冰箱压缩机壳体进行试焊表明,该系统是一种实用的焊缝自动跟踪系统.A seam tracking system controlled with MC possesses the functions of tracking circular lap weld from vertical and horizontal directions for welding compressor shells of freezer. The spatters of CO2 welding are smoothed to get rid of by a software. The experimental results carried out on compressor shells show that this system is a practical and useful one for seam tracking.
