摘 要:直接采用弹性流体动力润滑(EHL)分析方法计算了高速滚动轴承中滚子与内、外套圈接触区的油膜厚度、油膜动压力和润滑油牵引力;分析了载荷、转速及滚子数等参数对轴承打滑损伤的影响。理论分析结果与所作实验结果在较宽的工况范围内吻合较好。The lubrication film thickness,hydrodynamic contact pressure and tractive foree at the race contacts of the high-speed roller bearing are calculated directly by using elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL)analytical method.A roller bearing mathematical model is developed and employed to study the kinematical and dynamical properties of high-speed roL-ler bearing for a given bearing geometry and operating condition.The influences of some oper-ating conditions such as working load, rotating speed and number of rollers on the roller contact bearing skidding are taken into consideration.The analytical results presented here coincide quite well with the experimental results in a wide range of working conditions.
