摘  要:应用14C示踪技术,结合常规方法研究了耐密型玉米光合速率与产量的关系。结果表明,玉米光合速率,密植型和普通型之间没有显著差异。光合速率日变化,在8时至16时较高,为50~70mgCO2/dm2·h。穗位叶的光合产物,经72小时运转,有80%输送给其它组织器官。耐密型玉米能耐密植,提高了单位面积的株穗数,从而获得了较高的产量。The relationship between photosynthetic rate and yield of densely planting corn wasstudied by using 14C tracer technique,The results indicated that the photosynthetic rates of corn were not different between varietal types,The photosynthetic rate was higher at 8:00~16:00 of a day(50~70mgCO2/dm2·h),80%of the photosynthetic assimilate in leaf of earwas transperted to other organs,the amount of distributed in ear was 50%~60%.As dense-ly planting increased the amount of ear per unit area,higher yield ot corn was obtained.
