摘  要:考察了人对显示在阴极射线管(CRT)显示器屏幕上的静态汉字和运动汉字的认知能力。结果为:(1)显示时间由5s增至60s,静态屏显汉字的认知量由10.2个提高到109.9个,视觉通道传递量由77.5bit提高到835.2bit,建立了两者与显示时间相关的数学模型和认知不同数量静态屏显汉字所需显示时间的估算公式;(2)汉字行移动速度由0.63行/s提高到20行/s,动态屏显汉字的认知量由60.4个降至1.2个,视觉通道信息传递量由459bit降至9.1bit,建立了两者与汉字行移动速度相关的数学模型;(3)低于6.67行/s的不同汉字行移动速度时的运动汉字单位时间的认知量无显著性差别;(4)汉字笔划愈多。The purpose of this study is to investigate human ability to cognizemotionless and motional Chinese character presented on the CRT display. The main re-sults obtained are as follows :(1) the cognitive number of the motionless Chinesecharaters(Y)and the number of information transfered by visual channel(Y’)increasedfrom 10.2 Chinese characters to 109.9 and from 77.5 to 835. 2 bits respectively , whenthe duration of presentation increased from 5 seconds to 60 , and the mathematical modelsof their relationship with the duration of presentation were established as Y=a+bx+cx2+dx3 and Y’=k(a+bx+cx2+dx3); the formula t=ax+(y-1)[0.33+0.0034(z-5)]was established to calculate the duration of presentation needed for cognizance of dif-ferent number of motionlesss Chinese characters;(2 )the cognitive number of motionalChinese characters(Y)and the number of information transfered by visual channel(Y’)decreased from 60.4 Chinese characters to 1.2 and from 459 bits to 9.1 respectively,when the moving rate of chinese character line increased from 0.63 to 20 line per sec-ond, and the mathematical models of their relationship with the moving rate were estab-lished as Y=ax and Y’ = kax;(3) the difference between different cognitive numbers ofthe motional Chinese characters and between the numbers of information transfered by iv-sual channel in unit time were not significant when the moving rate of the Chinese char-acter line is less then 6.67 lines per second;(4) the more the strokes of the Chinese char-acter , the less the cognitive number of the Chinese characters.
