摘  要:失重和缺氧的复合生理效应张汝果(北京航天医学工程研究所100094)1引言失重是航天中特有的、持续的因素,低氧或缺氧是航天器座舱内可能出现的环境因素。缺氧对失重效应的影响理应为航天医学专家们重视,这不仅对保障航天员的身体健康、工作效率有重要意义,同时...Hypoxia is a possible factor affecting the human body during spaceflight ,but up-to-now the combined effect of weightlessness and hypoxia is not fully un-derstood. The author reviewed the literatures and got a conception that acute hypoxiawould aggravate the effets of weightlessness ,such as space mation sickness or cardiovas-cular deconditioning ,but chronic hypoxia(Hypoxic acclimatization ) might be a counteracting factor against weightlessness.During space flight the Po2 in the cabin is usuallycontrolled as close to that of the sea lcvel as possible ,and should be no less than 17.7kPa(Po2 at 1500m of altitude).It is suggested that a low oxygen environment in space cabinmight be adopted during a long duration of space flight in the future.
