摘　　要：本文在概述了环境风险评价的意义和方法的基础上，针对其中关于事故序列的选取、事故发生概率的确定、气象观测数据的统计抽样、后果的表述及非事故风险与事故风险的叠加展开讨论，并提出了作者的见解。This paper summarized the significance and the method of environmental risk assessment; and then discussed the selection of accident sequences, the determination of accidentprobability, the statistical sampling of observed meteorology data and the superimposition ofno-accidental risk to accidental risk with author's point of view into these problems.
