摘　　要：介绍了医用电子直线加速器波导系统的一种腐蚀情况。根据腐蚀产物的物相分析结果，提出腐蚀机理的假说及防止运行中再次发生腐蚀的办法。A sort of corrosion phenomenon in the wave-guide system of a medical electron linear accelerator is described. The XRD analysis of the corrosion product was made and a hypothesis about corrosion mechanism and some preventive measures were proposed.
