摘 要:报道了18例正常人、118例冠心病(CHD)患者的(99m)TC-MIBI心肌显像结果,心肌断层靶心图显示诊断CHD的灵敏度达90.7%,门控心肌图像观察结合左室心肌收缩分数(LVCF)分析其诊断灵敏度为83.3%;二者特异性相似.探讨了密度法计算LVCF的方法,并与心血池显像的左室射血分数(LVEF)做了相关分析,结果表明:应用密度法计算LVCF重复性好,与左室LVEF具有良好相关,相关系数为0.86,并能通过回归公式预测。52例受检者门控心肌显像所观察到的左室室壁运动结果与心血池显像有良好的一致.or the assessment of the diagnostic efficiency of planar gated myocardial scintigraphy(PGMS) and comparison of value of left ventricltun myocardial contraction fraction(LVCF) with that of the ejection fraction(EF), 18 normal subjects and 118 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) performed 99mTc-MIBI myocardial imaging, including SPECT, PGMS and radionuclide ventriculography (RNV). All LVCF data were correlated to LVEF by RNV. The results showed that the overall sensitivities of SPECT and PGMS for diagnoSing CHD were 90.7% and 83.3% respectively. Similar specificities were found. The reproducibility of Density Method to calculate LVCF which was based on the end systolic increase in myocedial count density was good. The corresPOnding correlation coefficient(r) and the regression equation were: LVCF=0.54× EF+24.21; r=0.86. Segmental wall motion observed by PGMS well conincided with that of RNV.
