摘 要:根据UO_2氢氟化反应的动力学特性,提出了一种用于氢氟化过程的新型反应器─—“7”型炉反应器,并进行了中试研究。结果表明,在保证产品UF_4含量≥93%的情况下,尾气HF浓度<5%,达到了国际先进水平。new hydrofluorination process of the stirred bed in series with the fluidized bed(abbrevia-tion“7”mould furnace)is presented and the pilot experiment is conducted based on the kineticsdata of the hydrofluorination of uranium dioxide and the flow characteristic of the reactor,The re-sult shows that the hydrcaen fluoride remaining in the exhaust gas is less than 5 % under UF4≥93 % in the product;hydrogen fluoride consumption is much less than producing level ofdomestic. This result is up to the advanced intemational levels. Comparison with the“L.C.”mould furnace of France showed that efficiency of decreasing hydrogen fluoride remaining in theexhaust gas is about equal and the“7”mould fumace is 4. 6 times the production capacity of the“L.C.”mould furnace. Furthermore, this is a technological process of original and advanced.The new way will be initiated for preparation of UF4 from UO2.
