摘  要:在深入分析萃取柱中两相流动的非理想流型时,一般都假定分散相液滴具有某一分布。这种分布可由实验测定(如照相法等)。本文在用前混概念和对流模型分析非理想流型的基础上,由实验测得的分散相停留时间分布(RTD),给出了一种计算萃取柱中滴径分布的方法,并与照相法测得的结果进行了比较。Abstract Usually,the existence of some drop size distributions of dispersed phase was assumed at theanalysis of non-ideal flow pattems of two phases in column extractors. This distribution ca bedetermined with experimental methods,such as photographic technique. Based on the tracer ex-periments performed in a Khni extraction column, with MIBK as the organic dispersed and wa-ter as the continuous phase,the present paper uses the well-know forward mixing concept and aconvective model to analyse the dispersed phase flow behaviour. In the dispersed phase,deviationsfrom plug flow are mainly caused by the existence of droplet size distributions, resulting in aspread of drop velocities. Therefore,a calculation method for drop size distributions is given fromthe dispersed phase residence time distribution(RTD ) measurements for the whole set of ourdata.
