摘 要:乳液聚合中瞬时乳胶粒大小及分布与乳胶粒的形成和增长紧密相关,本文在苯乙烯,醋酸乙烯酯乳液聚合中考察了瞬时乳胶粒大小及分布。结果表明,在成核和稳定期乳胶粒增长速率较高,是控制乳胶粒大小及分布的关键阶段,由此提出了对于单体不同水溶性体系控制乳胶粒大小分布的策略,并以实验考核这些策略的合理性。In emulsion polymerization the transient polymer particle size and its distribution were related to the formation and growth rate of polymer particle . In the paper the transient polymer particle size and its distribution were examined in styrene (and vinyl acetate) emulsion polymerization . The results had shown that the growth rate of polymer particle was large in nucleation and initial stable stages and it would be important to control the growth of polymer particle during these stages . For these system with different solubility , therefore , some policies were suggested to control the size and size distribution of polymer particle, and were subjected to experimental test to prove they are effective and of good reasoning .
