摘　　要：开发了在三维空间显示函数图象及参数优化图象的通用软件,该软件可以用三维图象显示模拟对象过程的各种操作情况,并可自由旋转从不同的角度观察操作变化趋势,进行局部或全过程的优化以提出最佳操作方案,也可由不同的操作参数显示多种优化操作方案,以便从中择优。应用该软件对乙苯反应器实施操作优化,烃化液中乙苯的含量提高了2.075％。A software for process simulation and optimization with 3 dimensional display has been developed. By the graphical display of the software and the revolving 3-diamensional graph, any operational situation of the peocess can be shown so that the changing tendency of operation can be discerned. The software gives the optimum operational parameters for partial or total peocess optimization, and suggest several plans for optimum operation with different operating conditions. By using the software for the process of ethylation of benzene, the ethylbenzene concentration in the alkyated liquor has increased 2.075%.
