摘 要:将Nafion中空纤维膜在30℃下拉伸不同倍率,并将它转化成Nafion-K和Nafion-H型,测定了拉伸纤维的声速取向因子;同时,对不同拉伸倍率的Nafion-H中空纤维膜对水的吸附动力学进行了研究。结果表明:Nafion和Nafion-K纤维的声速取向因子均随拉伸倍率的提高而增加;Nafion-H中空纤维膜单位重量的吸水量随拉伸倍率的提高而增加,而水在其中的扩散系数却随拉伸倍率的提高而减小。In this work,the Nafion hollow fiber was drawn to various draw ratio at 30℃ and their orientation fac-tors by sonic velocity method were measured.Then the drawn hollow fibers were tranfered to Nafion-K andNafion-H forms and the effects of the drawn ratio on the water absorption kinetics of Nafion-H were studied.The results shown that,as the drawn ratio increased,the orientation factors by sonic velocity method wereincreased, the water absorption ability of Nafion-H was increased and the water diffusion coefficient in theNafion-H was decreased.
