摘  要:以N,N-二甲基苯胺、1%(按IPN质量计,下同)过氧化二苯甲酰和二丁基二月桂酸锡(简称有机锡)为固化剂,活性二氧化硅为填充剂(用量为总质量的30%),由47%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与蓖麻油、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯型聚氨酯组成的IPN为基材,在25~30℃下经8~12h固化。固化材料的体积电阻率和表面电阻率可达10 ̄13数量级,介电常数为5.5~6.0,介电损耗角正切为0.018~0.020,拉伸强度为5.04MMPa,硬度(邵尔A型)为93度,吸水率为0.6‰,吸油率为9.5%。研究了有机锡、三乙烯二胺、油酸、乙酰丙酮铝、三水合氧化铝等固化剂第3组分,活性单体MMA和苯乙烯,活性二氧化硅、轻质碳酸钙、活性硅微粉等填充剂对固化效果及固化材料物理性质的影响。The castor oil-polyurethane interpenetrating polymer network (CO-PU IPN),which was formed by castor oil TDI methyl methacrylate (MMA)or styrene (St)and filled with inorganic particles such as SiO2 or CaCO3, could be set by the crosslinking agent consisting of N,Ndimethylaniline, benzoyl peroxide and dibutyl dimethylaniline,benzoyl peroxide and dibutyl result presented that the value of volume specific resistance and the surface specific resistance of CO-PU IPN could reach 1013 (Ω·cm or Ω) respectively,the dielectric costant (ε)was within 5.5~60, the tgδ was 0.018~0.020,the tensile strength was 5.04 MPa,the Shore hardness was 93,and the water and oil absorption ratio was 0.06% and 9.5% respectively.The components and setting conditions of CO-PU IPN were investigated.
