摘 要:研究了以两种含甲基丙烯酸主链的规整型接枝共聚物及顺丁烯二酸酐改性的聚丙烯作为增容剂,对聚甲醛(POM)/丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACR)、聚苯乙烯(PS′)/丁苯吡橡胶(BSPR)和聚丙烯(PP)/ACR共混物的增容效果。结果表明,增容剂用量各为2%(质量)时,共混物的力学性能均有较大的改善,POM/ACR共混物的拉伸强度呈抵消效应;PS/BSPR值大于78/22(质量比)时,其拉伸强度呈协同效应;PP/ACR值不小于90/10时,共混物的拉伸强度呈少量协同效应。扫描电镜表明,在增容剂存在下,分散相明显变小。Blends of polyoxymethylene with acrylic rubber, polystyrene with butadiene-styrenevinylpyridine rubber and polypropylene with acrylic rubber in the presence of polymethacrylic acid with polymethyl methacrylate grafts, polymethacrylic acid with polystyrene grafts and maleated polypropylene as compatibilizers respectively were studied.Mechanical properties of the blends were improved in the presence of about 2% compatibilizer. The impact strength of the plastics was raised by blending with rubber.Some blends showed synergistic effect with respect to tensile strength. SEM of the broken section of The blends indicated that the disperse phase of the blend became finer and more uniform in the presence of the compatibilizer.
