摘　　要：由三氯化磷、无水乙醇和氨制备亚磷酸三乙酯时，生产条件要求苛刻，讨论了反应温度、反应时间、溶剂用量等工艺条件对收率的影响，确定了适宜工艺条件。When triethyl phosphite is prepared from phosphorus tirchloride,anhydrous alcohol and ammonia,conditions of production is required harshly.The effect of the reaction temperature and time,of the used amount of solvcnt,ect.,on yield of product is discussd,and suitble conditions are defined。
