枣树枝条解剖特点及提高插条生根率的研究

摘　　要：枣树枝条解剖观察表明，靠近韧皮部的皮层薄壁组织间有一带状厚壁组织，对扦插后根原基形成和生长发育有一定障碍作用。通过激素适当处理和提供插穗生根的适宜条件等措施，可以提高插条生根率。Observations in dissecting Jujube branches showed that a belt-shaped thickwalled tissue near the bast parenchyma was to somewhat arrest the formation of protoradicle and its development after cuttage grafting. However, when properly treated with hormone and given certain growth conditions adapted to rooting,the graft was likely to increase its rooting ratio.
