摘 要:通过对不同浓度(0,-0.75,-1.25,-2.00MPa)的PEG胁迫对不同抗旱性的玉米杂交种及其亲本自交系幼苗保护酶活性、膜脂过氧化水平、质膜透性的影响及其与品种抗旱性关系的研究,明确了适度的PEG(-0.75,-1.25MPa)胁迫处理使玉米幼苗叶片的SOD,CAT,POD活性明显增高,MDA含量和质膜相对造性缓慢增加;重度PEG(-2.00MPa)胁迫处理使叶片的SOD,CAT活性降低,MOA含量和质膜透性剧增。其中抗旱性较强的冀单24和其母本矮192比抗旱性较弱的掖单四号和其母本8112具有较高的保护酶活性、较低的膜脂过氧化水平和较小的质膜透性,说明抗旱性较强的品种在水分胁迫时能维持较高的保护酶活性,以减轻膜脂过氧化作用和膜的损伤,这可能是其具有较强抗旱性的原因之一。The effect of osmotic stress induced by PEG (0, -0.75, -1.25, -2.00MPa) on protective enzymes activities, membrane lipid peroxidation, permeability of plasma membrane of different drought-resistant maize (Zea mays L.) cultivars (droughtresistant: Ji-Dan No. 24 (F1) and its parental inbred lines: short 192. (♀) and Yellow Eatry No. 4 (♂) and drought-sensitive: Ye-Dan No. 4 (F1) and its parental inbred lines:8112 (♀) and yellow Early No. 4 (♂) and their relationship to drought resistance were studied. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catatase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) were increased obviously, and the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents and permeability of plasma membrane increased slowly under appropriate osmotic stress. The activies of SOD, CAT decreased, MDAcontents and permeability of plasme membrane were increased obviously, and POD activities increased slowly under severe osmotic stress; SOD, CAT, POD activites of drought-resistant hybrid and its parental lines increased more than those of drought-sensitive hybrid and its parental lines, but MDA contents and permeability of plasma membrane of the formers were lower than those of the laters. It is suggested that keeping a higher level of protective enzymes activities might be one of the reasons which hybrid maize had stronger drought resistant ability.
