摘  要:本试验研究了植物生长调节剂PP333(多效唑)对油桃生长、生理动态变化和成花的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施或土壤施入PP333,均可显著地减小油桃单叶面积,增加叶片厚度;抑制新梢生长,增加叶片中叶绿素、可溶性糖和蛋白质的含量;促进花芽的形成。其中叶面喷施PP333表现药剂吸收利用率低,发挥作用前的“呆滞期”短(15d左右),抑制新梢生长的持效期也短(1.5~2个月),而土施PP333则表现药剂吸收利用率高,“呆滞期”长(25~30d),持效期亦长(达一年之久)。此外,本文还对PP333在桃树上的施用方法、时期和剂量进行了讨论。The effect of PP333 on the growth, physiological change and flower bud development of smooth skinned peach was studied in the experiment.THe result showed that the shoot growth was obviously inhibited, the thickeness of leaf and the content of chlolphyl,souble sugar and protein in leaf were increased by PP333 sprayed on foliage or used in soil.The flower bud dev- clopment was also facilyted.The idle period before the chcmical’s taking effect and the durdtion of the chemical inhibition on shoot growth were 15d and 1.5 -2 month respectively when the chemical was sprayed on foliage on folieage,while the idle period and the duration no shorter than 25-30d and nearly a year when used in soil.So thc utilized coeffecient of chemical sprayed on foliage was lower than that used in soil. The using method,applicaticn time and dose of PP333 were also discussed in this paper.
