七星瓢虫雌成虫带精越冬及去雄饲养的研究

摘　　要：试验发现越冬代七星瓢虫雌成虫，春季饲养时不经雌雄交配，单雌可产卵，卵能正常孵化。结果证明：①春季去雄饲养单雌产卵量和卵的孵化率与雌雄交配混养无差异。②单雌所产的卵及子代各虫态历期和发育所要求环境条件与混养相同。③对越冬期雌成虫进行解剖镜检，证实储精囊有精子束，带精越冬。This experiment discovered,when raised in spring,that female adults of overwintergeneration of Coccinella septem punctata Linnaeu didn′t need to mate with the male andcould bear eggs which could hatch normally.Through four years of further studying,theresults showed us follows:(1)The amounts and hatching ratio of eggs borne by femaleCoccinella septem punctata linnaeu raised alone in spring were not different from those borne by female Coccinella septem punctata Linnaeu that were raised with males. (2)Theeggs borne by famale Coccinclla septempunctata Linnaeu alone and the elapsed-time stan-dards of fillal generetions in every forms,and envitonmental conditions demanded in Coc-cinella septem punctata Linnaeu′s development were also not different from those ofmixed raising.(3)By inspecting female adults of overwinter generations in dissecting mi-croscope,we discovered that there were semen cells in seminal vesicle of the female and female adultsgo through winter with semen.
