单克隆抗体ABO血型试剂实用研究

摘　　要：用抗人Ａ、Ｂ血型抗原单克隆抗体制成的ＡＢＯ血型试剂（简称单抗试剂）与通用的人体标准血清，对比测定了２５３６３人的ＡＢＯ血型．发现所有全血标本．用单抗试剂作直接玻片凝集即可正确定型；而相同条件下，用人体标准血清，则２５３６３人中有７９人不能正确定型．只有将待检者红细胞洗涤并做试管凝集，标准血清才能正确定型．这些结果说明，单抗试剂可以取代人体标准血清作ＡＢＯ血型测定。ABO blood groups of 25 363 individuals were determined using the monoclonal antibody reagent(mAbR)consisting of anti-A-and anti-B-antigen of human blood groups,and the results were compared with those determined by the routine human standard sera.The data obtained indicated that all whole blood samples were correctly typed by mAbR in direct slide hemagglutination, but 79 of 25 363 samples can not be correctly typed by the standard sera under the same condition.By using the standard sera the correct typing was obtained only when the erythrocytes were washed with saline and determined in tube hemagglutination.These results suggested that the mAbR can replace the human standard sera for ABO blood typing.
