摘 要:研究了乳化汽油配制的成份比例和工艺条件,并在不同机器的使用条件下进行了节油试验。结果表明,在汽油:水:乳化剂的配比为85:15:1.3的情况下,发动机台架试验平均节油率为13.6%,实际使用节油率为13.90%~15.16%,发动机排放中CO降低28.57%,HC含量符合国家标准要求。使用该乳化汽油不会对机器构件产生腐蚀和发生异常磨损。The experimental study on selecting the emulsifying agent was made.The tech-nique scheme for the making of the emulsified gasoline was determined.i.e. gasoline:water: emulsifying agent =85:15 :1.3. Tests were carried out to study the emulsifiedgasoline used at engine under different working conditions. The results showed that thefuel exhaustion was reduced by 13.6%at static test and 13.90%~15.61%at road test. The CO content in exhaust was reduced by 28.5%, the HC content was up to the nationalstandard , and the wearing capacity of the engine part was normal. There was not corro- sion at engine, but the maximum output power was a little lower than that using gasoline.
