摘 要:通过正交优化实验,得出型煤促燃剂的最佳配方与最佳比例,解决了普通型煤不易.点燃及难以燃尽的技术难题。CR型煤促燃剂具有成本低、促燃效果好、使用简单方便等优点,它的各项技术指标均优于其它同类煤用助燃剂,达到了节煤和减少环境污染的目的,具有很好的推广应用价值。A suitable combustion-supporting additivecan adjust the combustion perfor-mance of briquettes effectively so as to agree very well with the needs of efficient combus-tion in a civil stove. In this paper,the combustion-supporting technology of briquettes wasstudied by experiments on the Combustion process of briquettes with the two parameters ofthe quantity of pollutant discharged,and the coal-saving ratio, the optimum proportion ofthe CR combustion-supporting additive of briquetteLq were presented as well. The resultsshowed that the CR combustion-supporting additive of briquettes solved the problem ofdifficult ignition and combustion of briquettes, which was regarded as one of those suitablefor various civil briquettes and was worth expanding.
