犊牛系统性念珠菌病的研究

摘　　要：对临床呈现腹泻、呼吸困难、神经症状等２１例自然死亡犊牛进行了病原学和病理学的研究。结果有６例在肝、脾、胃肠、心、肾、肺、脑、脊髓中分离出白色念珠菌（ｃａｎｄｉｄａａｌｂｉｃａｎｓ），热带念珠菌（ｃａｎｄｉｄａｔｒｏｐｉｃａｌｉｓ）２例，近平滑念珠菌（ｃａｎｄｉｄａｐａｒａｐｓｉｌａｓｉｓ）和克柔氏念珠菌（ｃａｎｄｉｄａｋｒｕｓｅｉ）各１例。由于病原毒力，侵害部位及机体抵抗力不同，其病理损害不尽一致。主要呈现血管变性坏死，实质器官变性坏死，淋巴组织萎缩、变性、肉芽肿形成，胃肠粘膜凝固性坏死、溃疡，以及脑膜脑炎等病理损害。病原菌通过呼吸道消化道侵入机体，随血流（偶尔淋巴）进入体内各器官并可经血脑屏障进入脑内，引起系统性念珠菌病。this paper examined 21 calves who died of a natural death but had a variety ofdifferentclinical symptoms such as diarrhea , breathing difficulty , disorder of the nervoussystem,etc.Separating appraisal of the pathogen and observing their pathomorphologywere the methods of the research used.In this research ,six clinical disease examples ofcandida albicans,two candida tropicals ,one candida parapsilasis ,and one candida kruseiwere separated in liver,spleen ,stomach ,intestines ,heart , kidney , lungs, brain , and spinecord.The pathological damage was different because the toxicity of the pathology,the loca-tion of the intrusion,and the calves' body resistance were not the same. The main damagesobserved were denaturation necrosis of the blood vessel and the substance’s organs ,with-ering ,denaturation or tumor granulation of the lymph tissue. Besides solidity denaturation,ulcer and meningocephalitis of the stomach and intestines also took place. The pathogen in-vaded the body through the respiratory treat or the digestive tract,then entered the orgonsthough the blood (through lymph on occasion ),and eventually going into the brainthrough the hematobrain barrier. The candidis of all body systems were produced in thisprocess.
