摘  要:通过田间自然发病,调查了不同无性系,不同起源无性系,不同类型间无性系毛白杨苗木的抗叶锈性差异。调查结果表明,不同毛白杨无性系苗木抗锈性差异较大。308,40号无性系最抗病,其发病率为0;39号无性系感病重,其发病率为71.8%,感病指数为32.7,不同起源的毛白杨无性系感染叶锈病的程度也不同;毛白杨杂种感病最轻,实生无性系毛白杨和山地毛白杨感病轻,不同类型的毛白杨无性系苗木锈病的发生程度也有差异。这些抗锈性差异,为培育抗病品种提供了理论依据。Through the investigation of natural occurrance,it was found that the resistanceof clove seedlings of Populus Tomentosa to leaf rust was distinctively different. No.308and No.40 were most resistant clones,no individual of which was infected with this dis-ease No.39 clones were susceptible,and their morbidity and contagious index were 71.8%and 32.7 respectively.The leaf rust infection of the various origins of clones poplar wasdifferent. The clones coming from the cross was the least infections and those from seedgrouth and mountain area were slightly infectious.This difference of antipoplar-rust pro-vided theoretical basis for the possibility to cultivate resistant varieties.
