摘  要:本研究在聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟的不同水分胁迫条件下,研究了8个小麦品种相对发芽率、叶片相对含水量、脯氨酸含量和电解质外渗率的变化,用隶属函数对各品种的苗期抗旱性进行了综合评价,同时依据干旱棚内外各品种产量表现及其干旱系数隶属函数将参试品种分成3类。结果表明:(1)室内模拟试验与田间干旱鉴定的结果一致,说明可以用室内模拟代替田间鉴定来对育种早期世代的大量材料进行筛选;(2)归入第一类的品种如百农3217,豫麦2号和冀麦5418可作为抗旱亲本利用;(3)在水分胁迫条件下抗旱品种在苗期积累较多的脯氨酸,这一性状可作为抗旱鉴定的生理指标之一,但使用多个生理性状隶属函数综合值评价参试品种的抗旱性更趋合理。本文还对干旱系数在抗旱鉴定中的使用价值进行了讨论。This experiment was conducted to study the variations of seed germinationrate ,relative water content ,proline content and electrolyte leakage rate of wheat varietiesgrowing under water stress simulated with polyethylene glycol-6000.The drought stressresistance of wheat varieties were evaluated based on the subordinate function values con-verted from measurements of physiological traits involved.The varieties studied wereclassfied into 3 classes according to the yield and yield component performance and thesubordinate function values of drounght coefficients. The results indicated that(1) the re-su It in terms of drought resistance classification derived from indoor drought simulationexperiment was similar to that of field drought experiment ,which indicated that the indoordrought simulation experiment could be used in early generation of wheat breeding pro-gram to select drought resistant lines instead of the field drought experiment;(2)the vari-eties of Bainong 3217,Yumai No. 2 and Jimai 5418 which belong to the first class can beuesd as drought resistant parents in wheat breeding program;(3)drought resistant wheatvarieties accumulated more proline under water stress and the high proline content mightbe used as a physiological index for drought resistance identification , however, it is morereasonable to evaluate the drought resistance of varieties based on the composite value ofsubordinate function calculated from the measurement of multiple physiological traits. Theuse value of drought coefficient in drought resistance appraisal was also discussed in this paper.
