摘　　要：不少编辑人员对学报学术质量认为不是自己的事，而持消极态度。本文通过实事说明，编辑对学报的学术质量起到重要的作用；并对如何进一步提高学报的学术质量提出了一系列改革措施和建议。any editors think that they have nothing to do with the learning quality of journals.In fact edi-tors play an important part in the quality of jounals.In this paper we propose some saggestons abouthow to improve the quality of journais.
