大鼠脑干5－羟色胺神经元至腰骶髓的投射研究

摘　　要：应用辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＲＰ）逆行追踪法结合免疫细胞化学双重标记法，观察了大鼠脑子５－羟色胺（５－ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙｔｒｙｐｔｍｉｎｅ，５－ＨＴ）神经元向脊髓腰６（Ｌ６）和骶１（Ｓ１）节段的纤维投射。结果表明：在脑桥尾侧网状核、前庭神经外侧核、巨细胞网状核、外侧旁巨细胞网状核、外侧网状核三叉下亚核、中缝大核及中缝苍白核出现ＨＲＰ－５－ＨＴ双标记细胞。提示Ｌ６和Ｓ１节段的５－ＨＴ传入纤维起源是广泛的，不仅延髓网状结构，而且脑桥网状结构和脑神经核内的５－ＨＴ能神经元也向Ｌ６和Ｓ１投射。The projection of the serotonin-containing neurons in the brainstem to the lumbar 6 and sacral 1scgments of the spinal cord was observed with the HRP retrograde tracing methed combined with the immunocytochemical double-labeling technique.The results showed that HRP-5-HT double labeled cell bodies were found in nucleus reticularis pontis caudalis,nucleus vestibularis lateralis.nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis,nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis,subnucleus subtrigeminalis of nucleus reticularis lateralis,nucleus raphe magnus and nucleus raphe pallidus.Our results suggest that the origins of the serotoninergic fibers in L6 and S1 seginents may be extensive,not only from the reticular formation of medulla oblongata but also from reticular formation of pons and nucleus of cerebral nerve.
