公路养路工免疫水平及生物膜指标观察

摘　　要：对某公路段１２０名养路工机体免疫水平及生物膜指标进行了调查，本单位机关干部作为对照。结果：养路工与对照组比较，外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞活性Ｅ－玫瑰花百分率下降，酸性α－醋酸萘酯酶升高差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５）。血清ＩｇＡ和ＩｇＧ比较差异无显著性。养路工与对照组比较唾液酸（ＳＡ）升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），脂质过氧化（ＬＰＯ）差异无显著性。提示养路工接触以粉尘、汽车尾气为主的综合性因素的危害，机体发生了一些改变。Immune function and biological membrane index were investigated in 120 road maintenance workers.The cadres in the section were taken as the control group.The results showed:①The percentage of active E-rosette(Ea)of T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood and the contents of acid α-naphthyl esterase(ANAE)were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01～0.05);②There was no great difference between the IgA and the IgG in the two groups;③The contents of sialic acid(SA)were higher in the workers than those of the control one(P<0.05) but there was no difference between the contents of lipid peroxide(LPO)in the two groups.The results showed that the environment hazard,to which the workers were exposed, for example,the dust,the exhaust fumes of vehicles,etc,may induce the change of cellular immunity and the biological membrane.
