摘 要:Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为A、B及C三组,每组10只。在浅麻状态下灌胃,A组为10%羧甲基纤维素钠2ml,B组为苯妥英钠100mg/kg体重,C组为三叉神经痛可停120g+10%羧甲基纤维素钠2ml/kg体重,双针不锈钢刺激电极置右侧眶下孔处,记录电极置右侧咬肌肌腹内,观察三叉神经痛可停对基础痛阈及屈肌反射等电生理指标的影响。B、C两组动物在灌胃后30~90min内,由眶下神经刺激所诱发的咬肌肌电反应的潜伏期明显延长,而A组诱发电位的潜伏期变化不明显。B、C两组的基础痛阈(引起咬肌诱发电位的最小刺激阈)从灌胃后30min逐渐升高,至60~90min之间达到顶峰,然后逐渐下降。结果提示:三叉神经痛可停口服30~90min后,可使眶下神经在伤害性刺激下所引起的咬肌诱发电位的潜伏期明显延长,并使大鼠基础痛阈显著升高。本实验为三叉神经痛可停抑制三叉神经痛提供了电生理方面的理论依据。In order to evaluate the effect of Sancha Shenjing Tongketing(SST) on relieving the neuropathic pain,an animal model of trigeminal neuralgia was used in this study.30 adult Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups(Group A,B and C).Group A was treated with 10%CMC-Na2ml;Group B,with diphenlyhydantoin-Na 100mg(in 10%CMC-Na 2ml)/kg and Group C with SST 120g(in 10%CMC-Na 2ml)/kg.Two electrodes of electrical stimulation were put in the right infraorbital nerve.The recording electrode was put in the right masseter muscles and the effect of SST on basic pain threshold of the flexor reflex and its latency were observed.The results were that during the 30-90 min after feeding diphenylhydantoin-Na(Group B) and SST(Group C),the electromyographs(EMCs) from right masseter muscles in Group B and Group C evoked by A-afferent fibers showed a longer latency than that in Group A.90 min after feeding,the threshold of the flexor reflex of Group A was about 3.79±0.29V,but the threshold in Group B was 6.11±0.39 and Group C was 5.68±0.42.It's concluded that SST and diphenylhydantoin-Na have obvious effect on relieving the trigeminal neuralgia.
