摘  要:对94例苯作业人员的免疫功能调查表明:WBC异常检出率为25%,是对照组的3.57倍(P<0.05):TLC为57.83%,低于对照组67.76%(P<0.01);WBC正常者中TLC仍低于对照(P<0.01)。TLC与WBC呈正相关(r=0.4635,P<0.01)。免疫球蛋白IgA降低,IgM升高(P<0.01)。提示苯可以引起机体免疫功能降低,应注意对接触者进行免疫机能监视。TLC的降低先于WBC,可以认为是苯中毒早期的一个较为敏感的客观指标,用于苯中毒的早期诊断及疗效判定有一定实用价值。The immunity function of 94 workers who were exposed to benzene was investigated.The results showed that the rate of abnormal WBC was 25%, 3.57 times as high as that of the control group (P<0.01); that TLC(57.87%) was lower than that of the control group(67.76%,P<0. 01);that TLC of the exposed workers, whose WBC were normal, was lower as compared with that of the control group(P<0.01);that there was also positive correlation between TLC and WBC (r=0.4635,P<0.01);and that immunoglobin IgA was lower and IgM was higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). The results suggested that the drop of human immunity function might be caused by the exposure to benzene. Immunity funciton detection should be taken in exposed workers. Because the drop of TLC was earlier than that of WBC,TLC can be considered as a sensitive index to early benzene poisoning.So,TLC test would be of some value in diagnosing the cases of benzene poisoning and determining the curative effects.
