淡色库蚊越冬过程中脂肪酸组成的动态变化

摘　　要：应用ＳｈｉｍａｄｏｚｕＧＣ－１５Ａ高效液相色谱仪，对自然种群淡色库蚊越冬过程中全虫及血淋巴脂肪酸组成的动态变化进行了测定。结果表明，淡色库蚊至少含有１５种脂肪酸（Ｃ６～Ｃ１９）。总脂肪酸相对含量的变化，显示了胚后滞育的蚊虫越冬过程中主要能量物质的蓄积与消耗过程。越冬前期全虫的不饱和脂肪酸出现了蓄积现象，越冬期维持在较高水平，到越冬结束时明显降低。血淋巴内不饱和脂肪酸在越冬期达高峰，越冬后期虽有所降低，仍维持在较高水平。上述不饱和脂肪酸的蓄积与消耗可能与其在低温、干燥条件下的长期生存有密切关系。Analysis of the fatty acids in the whole body and hemolymph of Culex pipiens pallens(Diptera:Culicidae)with Shimadozu GC-15A high performance gas chromatographer showed that there were at least 1 5 kinds of fatty acids in this species during hibernation.The carbon chains of the fatty acids were C6～C19.The dynamic variations of the relative quantity of the fatty acids during hbernation revealed the accumulation and consumption of the main energy substances of the post-embryonic diapausing mosquito during hibernation.The regular fluctuation of proportion of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids took place during the overwintering period,i.e.the accumulation of the unsaturated fatty acids at the preoverwintering stage,maintaining at high level at overwintering stage and consumption at post-overwintering stage.The ratio of the unsaturated fatty acids in hemolymph at overwintering stage was the highest,and though reduced to some extent,maintained at high level at post-overwintering stage.As other insects studied before,mosquito can also accumulate unstaturated fatty caids under the cold condition,which is vitally important for the survival of the hibernating females under the unfavorable environment in winter.
